This survey is open for MALAYSIAN SEAFARERS ONLY, currently working on board an Offshore Support Vessel (OSV).

The purpose of this questionnaire is to gauge your opinion on the current conditions and employment opportunities for Malaysian OSV seafarers.

Your responses are highly valued and will be used as input to the policy makers. The project aims to collate the disadvantages of working on board Malaysian OSVs, if any. It further aims to identify constraints of policies and provide further recommendations for improvement.
